🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Bhumiputra Agrico
At Bhumiputra Agrico, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is carefully packed and delivered, but if you face any issues, we are here to assist you.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
⚠️ Agricultural products like seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemicals cannot be returned once opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Customized or special orders
- Clearance or discounted items
3. Exchanges / Replacements
We offer free replacement if you receive:
- Defective product
- Expired product
- Wrong item
Conditions:
- Must be reported within 48 hours
- Provide photos and proof of purchase
If replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternate solution will be provided.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at bhumiputraagrico@gmail.com
- Share order details and reason
After approval:
- Ship the product to our return address
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless it’s our error)
5. Refunds
- Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Credited to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
