We currently deliver across India, ensuring farmers and businesses nationwide can access our products.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, VRL, and local transport services.

  • Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2 Days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across India on all orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you to monitor your shipment status.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
    • Re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is received damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of damaged/missing items

We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
